The Plan

Since we were formed in September 2007 we have successfully delivered 3 Action Plans across the Cluster schools partnering with various local and city-wide service providers and support agencies.

The Action Plan tries to meet the priority needs of the Cluster, namely: Transition between Primary and Secondary Schools, Behaviour and Self-Esteem, Family Support, Vulnerable Teenagers and supporting SEN pupils.

MY CHOICE

An exciting addition to the Action Plan is the funding from My Choice which allows for the positive engagement of children and young people.
Schools are allocated a certain percentage of funding to support a selection of pupils to engage in activities in arts and sports, including local club memberships.
